Message from The Founder and CEO
Dear Visitor,
We are proud to introduce a platform bridging education and industry needs in an impactful way.
With nearly two decades of interface with over 25,000 learners during my tenure in the corporate L & D realm, I have seen the chasm between theoretical knowledge and real-world demands, especially in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
SkillKafe is our effort to address this challenge.
Our vision is to provide job-ready skilling courses on digital platform based Learning Management Systems, thus eliminating geographical constraints at the learner’s end aligning with the Digital India movement. We offer learning programs tailored to sectors like BFSI, Automotives, Organized Retail, Hospitality, et al, especially in customer facing verticals. By focusing on industry-relevant contents, we aim to prepare confident professionals who are ready to enter the workforce.
For recruiters, SkillKafe addresses the difficulty of finding skilled talent, especially in smaller cities. We align training with sectoral needs, creating a workforce that contributes from day one. Our platform also supports placements from the local population and productivity challenges. A thorough screening ensures we take on-board only motivated learners with the requisite raw materials who can be made ready to meet job expectations.
SkillKafe started in 2020 with EduKafe, offering graduate and postgraduate courses. We later on expanded to skill development through “SkillKafe”. Our mission is to empower learners with enablers for successful careers and provide recruiters with talent trained on the basics.

Chief Strategist and Chief Learning Officer
Armed with an experience of more than twenty years, he is a thoroughbred in the Learning and Development field. He has an immense exposure to the various facets of L & D like learning need identification, content creation & design, training delivery, et al. He is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, an Associate of the Life Management Institute-USA and is a Certified Moderator for LUTCF-USA.
Chief Operating Officer
An experience spanning nearly 25 years and an expertise in Business Operations and Administration, he had been instrumental in developing and executing strategic operational processes and efficiencies resulting in incremental business development in the branded apparel sector. By training he is a Graduate in Law and a Cost Accountant.
Member & Consultant
With a superb acumen in planning and execution of large projects, he has carved out a niche for My Event India in the event management arena – especially in the realm of large corporate events. He brings with him a long experience of a very realistic and practical approach to all aspects of running a business organization. He has been an integral part in the journey of SkillKafe from the day of its inception.
Member & Consultant
An engineer by training, he heads the Middle East Business Operations as the CEO of MAHE Hydraulic Solutions and is stationed at Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He brings with him innovative entrepreneurial ideas with a global vision
